This vegetarian cooking demonstrations/workshop is over six hours - including preparation, cooking and discussion. Lunch is provided (of course), along with tea (if you have time), from some of the food you'll help prepare in the morning. Tea, coffee or soft drinks all day are also included in the price.

 For each dish Maria will discuss the many options that open up that can turn a single recipie in many others.
